Like A Child

This is a wonderful technique to relax your face muscles. All you have to do is make the most comical faces that you can! Have you seen children making faces? Just do the same thing. Roll your eyes, twist your lips, puff your cheeks and blow out the air, crinkle your forehead, wiggle your eyebrows, stick out your tongue, make your face as mobile as possible – just enjoy yourself! If you have a private space and a mirror is available, do it in front of the mirror. Just watching your own face, you can have a good laugh – that will relax the whole body as well!
