Experience Stillness and Peace

This is a  classic 11 minute technique that is quite well known across various styles of meditation. You will be guided towards that space in the mind  where you experience intense peace, silence, and pure bliss.

Instructions

Sit upright with your eyes closed. Take your awareness to your head. Visualize a line drawn from the top of one ear to the top of the other, cutting through the head. Now imagine another horizontal line drawn at right angles to it. This line will stretch from your brow chakra (between the eyebrows) to the back of your head, again cutting through the head. So one line will cut through your head from side to side, and the other line will pierce your forehead from the front and reach the back of your head.
At the exact point of intersection of these two lines lies the blue pearl, or the blue light. Try to locate this point. The blue pearl is an area of intense peace and silence. The moment you touch it, you will just fall into this peace. This is the way to recognize the blue pearl. Keep your awareness on the blue pearl as long as you can. Initially, this may be difficult, but soon you will be able to fall right in. Once you are comfortable with this technique, you can simply dip into this space of undisturbed meditation whenever you have a few minutes  to spare.
