Feel The Coolness

A cooling workout technique that directly works towards the “Amrita Tattva”, the coolness energy, to cleanse the entire body and heal gas related issues. This 21 minute technique energizes the pranic layer of your body. In this workout, we are working on the amrita tattva or sheetala, the coolness energy. Tattva means a part of your being. Agni tattva, amrita tattva, etc. are all part of you, and need to be cleansed once in a while. This workout will heal any problems related to gas trouble.


Close your eyes. Sit in vajraasana posture (sit upright with your knees bent and feet tucked under you). Roll the sides of your tongue upwards, so that your tongue becomes tube-like. Inhale through the mouth slowly and deeply. Swallow and digest the air and the prana (the vital energy that you take in while breathing). You will feel a tremendous coolness in your being. Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. When you breathe deeply through the mouth and swallow the air, automatically your body will exhale through the nose.

Don’t bother if you have any knee pain due to sitting in vajrasana. These pains will disappear in a day. But the energy cleansing that you are doing will work on cleansing the pains that you have been carrying continuously for many years.
